No kidding, Puffin jam really exists!
“Only Puffin gives you the will to be worthy of you and conquer everything.” Who doesn’t remember the quote from Kincs, ge nena, which has become a household word in our country? Fans praise but perhaps not everyone knows that Puffin brand jam actually exists and can even be purchased at home.
According to one of the film’s storylines, Charlie O’Brien embarks on a risky project when, as the advertising face of Puffin jam, he agrees to sail out to sea for months, in time. Then you will eat nothing but Puffin jam. However, as soon as he left the port, he threw all the waiting boxes into the sea and instead cooked his own beans with onions.
Not only here but in Germany, you can still easily see a fan wearing a Bud Spencer or Terence Hill t-shirt on the street. In Germany, however, they came up with an even better idea. In addition to the usual t-shirts, posters and caps, PuffinKraft also produces the famous jam from the Sergio Corbucci movie, which looks exactly like the product viewers already know from Kincs, which is nothing. In addition to the original Strawberry Puffin jam known in the film, the producers marketed this delicacy in versions of eggnog, rhubarb, raspberry, cherry banana, and cherry cola. To stick with Bud Spencer’s quote: “The pistachios are gone!”
