Married At First Sight star Jacqui Burfoot has accused producers of ‘breaching their duty of care’ in a wild rant on Instagram.
The 29-year-old lawyer, who was paired with Ryan Donnelly on the show, lashed out at producers for allegedly ‘exposing her nipples’ in an X-rated scene during intimacy week.
‘For everyone asking why I’ve gone rogue, it’s because I’m pi**ed off that Channel 9 don’t follow broadcasting standards and that I feel like they breached their duty of care,’ she began.
‘Some good examples of where they’ve let the broadcasting standards down is like broadcasting my nipples on TV at 7:30pm.
‘Like that was so f**ked during intimacy week.’
Jacqui also lashed out at producers and accused the network of ‘cutting scenes of her crying’.
‘Showcasing me crying but then cutting up my crying so it looks like I’m fake crying. Like it’s just so f**ked on so many levels,’ she added.
It comes after she also recently accused the show of misleading editing and twisting the truth about her portrayal on the hit reality series.
In the scathing statement, which she shared alongside a smiling selfie, Jacqui claimed her MAFS storyline was heavily fabricated.
She also insisted she signed up for an ‘unfiltered, raw marriage experiment’ – not a scripted soap opera.
‘You’ve been fed a highly edited fictional storyline and I feel like you deserve to know the truth,’ she continued.
‘I can’t sit back and support misleading and deceptive stories.’
Jacqui went on to share insights into her personal life, revealing that she has since found love outside of the experiment and is now in a happy and committed relationship.
‘I am currently in a relationship with a person who was exactly what I asked for – someone kind, considerate, a great man, and intelligent,’ she gushed.
‘Sometimes miracles happen because today I am in fact in a happy and loving long-term relationship!’
In another eyebrow-raising revelation, Jacqui also admitted she has ‘a thing for men with high EQ/IQ’, boldly declaring that she ‘is not interested in looks at all’.
The reality star, who has largely remained tight-lipped since filming wrapped, also confessed to battling deep insecurities.
‘I need constant compliments, but hey, don’t we all deserve that?’ she said.
