Clint Eastwood’s former coastal California estate has hit the market for $21 million – and it comes complete with a private beach entrance, multiple ocean-view terraces, and a climate-controlled wine room.

The stunning 4,442-square-foot abode, located in an exclusive gated community in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, sits just one block away from the beach.

It boasts four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a formal dining room, a spacious gourmet kitchen, a media room, two laundry rooms, and a wine cellar.

The kitchen comes with built-in seating, a walk-in pantry, and top-notch appliances including a grill, a four-burner Thermador stove, and a Subzero fridge.

The dining room, on the other hand, has seating for six and its own fireplace.

The ‘luxurious primary suite’ comes with a steam shower and clawfoot tub, per the listing.

There are ‘multiple indoor/outdoor living spaces to enjoy the idyllic weather and views,’ including a living room, foyer, and family room.

In addition, there’s two sprawling terraces that boast views of the nearby sea.

Other stunning features of the home include ‘vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams,’ stone exteriors, and mahogany windows.

Outside, there’s a ‘beautifully manicured interior courtyard’ with a fire pit, as well as a two-car garage.

The home also comes with a private fenced-in walkway to get to the nearby white sandy beach.

‘This combination of space, quality design, and proximity to downtown Carmel’s world class selection of restaurants and shops makes this a truly extraordinary home in one of the best locations in the world,’ the listing adds.

Acclaimed actor and director Clint, 94, resided in the glamorous home in the 1980s while he was serving as mayor of Carmel-by-the-Sea.

A retired investor named Frederick O’Such purchased it from his trust in 1996 for $2.25 million, according to The Wall Street Journal.

He then forked over another $2.5 million to have the home completely renovated, which took roughly two years.

Carmel-by-the-Sea, a coastal town beloved by the stars, is a two-hour drive from San Francisco and a five-hour drive from Los Angeles.

Fellow Hollywood icon Brad Pitt also owns a home in the area, as he purchased a $40 million cliffside bachelor pad in 2022.

Other big names who previously called the town their home includes Golden Girls actress Betty White, legendary singer Doris Day, Academy Award winner Joan Fontaine, and acclaimed musician Bing Cosby.
