Francesa Eastwood has found it ‘bittersweet’ to see her dad become a grandfather.
The 31-year-old actress is the daughter of Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood, 94, and his former partner Frances Fisher, 72.
But after becoming a mother herself to Titan with Alexander Wraith in 2018, explained that her father was so ‘strict’ with her growing up so there is a contrast.
She told FoxNewsDigital: ‘I mean, [he’s] just the sweetest. You know, my dad was very strict and my mom — both my parents were very strict with me when I was a kid.
‘And it’s so lovely and sometimes bittersweet to just see how just doting and just classic grandpa and grandma to their grandson who can do no wrong,’ she added.
The Outlaws And Angels actress also explained that it is ‘fantastic’ that her parents are so involved in the life of their grandchild.
She wants to ‘nurture’ the relationship as much as she can.
The beauty said: ‘But it’s lovely. And they have their own relationship that I’m obviously involved in. They’re fantastic, and they’re so present.
‘It’s a connection unlike anything else. And it’s definitely like the most important part of my life right now is nurturing those relationships.’
Meanwhile, the Jersey Boys star – who appeared alongside her family on the E! reality series Mrs. Eastwood and Company in 2012 – also noted that she might not have ‘appreciated’ just how much her parents included her in their professions as a child by taking her to movie sets.
But she can now look back and feel ‘such a respect’ for the work that goes into making a film.
She said: ‘At the time, I don’t know if I appreciated it that much, but looking back — they kind of dragged me around with them, and they really included me and had me visit.
‘That was always of the only things that they always spoke to me like an adult about.
‘Anything filmmaking, anything acting, whether it was watching movies or sitting behind the camera, watching them direct, sitting in hair and makeup, all this stuff.
‘I have such a respect and an appreciation for all that goes into making a film.
‘It really is somewhere that I feel — I feel like it’s a home away from home, being on set no matter what, no matter what the set is. Some are better than others but I feel like it was a huge blessing in that it opened my world to something that I really love to do, and I appreciate them for kind of treating me like an adult in that way. At a very young age.’
This comes after she attended an Eastwood wedd ing.
Clint’s youngest daughter Morgan got married in June.
DailyMail.com revealed the 27-year-old married fiancé Tanner Koopmans, also 27, at her father’s sprawling ranch in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California.
Energy salesman Koopmans and pretty brunette Morgan exchanged their vows under a flower arch set up for the occasion on the property’s sprawling lawns which overlook Point Lobos, Carmel River Beach and the Pacific.
The reception, which was also held at the Mission Ranch, saw guests dine at tables decorated with amber glassware, cream candles and spectacular bunches of garden roses.
Dina divorced Eastwood, 94, in 2014 before marrying second husband Scott Fisher in July 2016.

Meanwhile, Clint is ‘doing ok’ weeks after his partner Christina Sandera died aged 61.
The filmmaker is mourning the death of his longtime love – whom he was with for 10 years – after she passed away on July 18.
Asked how the family is coping after their tragic loss, Clint’s son Scott Eastwood told E! News ‘Everyone is great.’
Asked about his father, the 1992’actor added: ‘He is doing OK. Thank you for asking.’
Last month, Sandera’s death certificate revealed she was killed by cardiac arrhythmia, which causes the heart’s rhythm to become too slow, rapid or irregular, a representative from the Monterey County Health Department confirmed.
